Link personal profiles and company pages for sharing

Connecting LinkedIn
You need a LinkedIn connection before you can share approved posts from Ampli.
Where to connect
Settings → Integrations (management or employee portal), or during employee onboarding.
Two account types
| Type | What it enables |
|---|---|
| Personal profile | Share to your LinkedIn profile |
| Company page | Share to LinkedIn company pages you administer |
Personal and company connections are independent — connect one, both, or neither.
Personal profile
- Click Connect LinkedIn (personal)
- Complete LinkedIn authorization in your browser
- Return to Settings — you should see a connected status
Company pages
- Click Connect company pages
- Complete LinkedIn authorization
- If you admin multiple pages, select which pages to activate
- When sharing, pick the destination page in the share dialog
Requirement: You must be a LinkedIn page administrator for at least one company page. If none appear, request admin access on LinkedIn or use personal sharing only.
Sharing destination
Each share goes to one destination — personal profile or a company page, not both in one action.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect personal or company LinkedIn separately in Settings. Past shares and analytics are kept.
