Login & access
| Symptom | What to try |
|---|---|
| Login loop | Clear cookies; try incognito |
| "No organization" after login | Ask for an invite or complete owner signup |
| Wrong portal (employee vs management) | Your role determines the portal — see Roles. Ask an admin to change your role |
| "Subscription required" | Owner should check Billing — trial may have ended or payment failed |

| Can't connect | See Connecting LinkedIn |
| Session expired on share | Reconnect LinkedIn |
| No company pages | You need LinkedIn page admin access |
| Share fails | Reconnect LinkedIn; check post isn't expired |
Posts & feed
| Symptom | What to try |
|---|---|
| Employee feed empty | No approved posts, all expired, or all already shared |
| Post not visible after approve | Share window start may be in the future |
| Post disappeared | Expired or share window ended |
| Scheduled post didn't go live | Wait a few minutes; check scheduled time |
Team & invites
| Symptom | What to try |
|---|---|
| Invite email not received | Check spam; admin resends from Team |
| Invite link invalid | Ask admin for a new invite |
| Can't invite (no button) | Only owner/admin can invite |
Billing
| Symptom | What to try |
|---|---|
| Still shows trial after payment | Owner refreshes Billing page; allow a few minutes for sync |
| Can't access billing | Only the owner sees Billing |
