Accept a team invite and land in the right portal

Accepting an invite
When an owner or admin invites you to Ampli, you'll receive an email with a link to join their organization.
Steps
- Open the invite link in your email (check spam if you don't see it)
- Sign up if you're new to Ampli, or log in if you already have an account
- Accept the invitation
- Ampli redirects you to the right portal based on your role:
- Admin, marketing → Management portal (
/management/*) - Employee → Employee portal (
/employee/*)
- Admin, marketing → Management portal (

After you join
Employees: Connect LinkedIn in Settings, then browse your feed and share approved posts. See How to share a post.
Marketing and admins: Explore Posts, Calendar, and Analytics in the management portal. See Creating and approving posts.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to do |
|---|---|
| Invite email didn't arrive | Check spam; ask your admin to resend from Team → Invite member |
| Invite link expired | Ask your admin to send a new invite |
| Wrong role after joining | Ask an owner or admin to change your role on the Team page |
| Opened link but see wrong org | Use the org switcher in the header if you belong to multiple orgs |
